Train Station in Poland
After the  fall of communism in Poland in 1989, railway is in constantly transformation. Big part of train station, loose the primary meaning. Part of them  fell into disrepair, some were rebuild or renovated. First train station in Poland established in 1842 year. Now is clinic there. According to data 2017 in Poland are 2655 stations and stops. The 268 from them are the busiest ones and 1000 travelers use those every day.
In that project I would like to show how looks small station and stops like in Kamieńsk, Trzcińsko or big ones like Lublin and Wrocław Główny- one of the busiest in Poland now. All photos were made in pandemic period, what showed the impression of emptiness. Black and white gave expression  how look the architecture and show human condition at that time. People wearing masks, are an anonymous statistician in those spaces. And the stations were place full of surrounded. I only  traveled by public transport to these places. It was a big emotional challenge. To be in a space that usually looks different, accompanying feeling of alienation and loneliness, shows how everything were change.
